If I am being honest, our house is a pretty big disaster right now. We are redoing a few things here and there, and while the work is being completed, we have consolidated furniture and rolling racks into already crowded rooms. I keep telling myself that it is only a season, that I will be so happy once everything is finished. But, as someone who really thrives in an organized environment, it has been more of a challenge than I expected. So, I am shifting my focus to the things that are making me feel more grounded amidst all of the mess – like a new, clean set of sheets, this new big, big mirror (that finally arrived after the first one was delivered shattered), and a brand new scent that I am loving for summer. FANCY PLATES THAT DON’T BREAK THE BANK // I bought soooo much from this latest collab launch. I ended up with a set of these plates as well as these. I can’t wait for things to settle back into a normal pace. Once the house is a bit more put together I plan to have more people over – nothing better than hosting!
PENNY’S FAVORITE FOOD // I love that Penny loves this food. She has never been highly food motivated and it brings me so much joy that is literally jumping for her meals. A FRESH, CLEAN SCENT // We just redid our front sunroom in a coastal blue with a touch of rattan so you can imagine my delight when this candle showed up. Not only do I love the light scent for summer but I also love how well it matches the new room! I also received this strawberry scent. SUMMER SHEETS // These sheets are so comfortable and cooling, something I desperately need being in Florida. They come in 20+ colors and patterns, and I fell for the pebbled stripe. I am also excited because I have this coming my way and have heard nothing but rave reviews. Once I test it for a month or so I will report back.
NEW-TO-ME HOME BRAND // I cannot give away too much at the moment, but I will be working with a new-to-me home brand on a very special project. They make beautiful window treatments, wall paper, and beds – and just recently launched even more chairs, sofas, and sectionals. Home projects are some of my favorite to work on, especially as I don’t get to do them very often. For this next go around I have the help from someone I admire so much in the home space – stay tuned!

KITCHEN UPDATES // I have added a few new kitchen items here and there like this opener, this set, and these darling cheese knives! For my morning walks I have now switched to iced coffee and use this tumbler that you can customize with 6+ colors – it is incredible. Last, but certainly not least, our coffee nook was in desperate need of a great piece of artwork. I wanted it to be beautiful and feminine, but also a bit moody.
